Summer work

Now that summers here Im about to start Summer work. I work for a landscaping company all day mon-fri, and pays 7 an hour, wich is not bad for a college student for spending money . Doing this im not gonna have time to get my 5-6 small meals a day. So would it be good just to throw 2 - 3 scoops of whey protien with some skim milk. And chug that for lunch? Maybe a boiled egg or 2 with it. What would you do if you were in my shoes I will be getting my weight room time in after work probably.

Im new to this myself, but I think Im right here.....

DONT USE THE MILK, use water and heavy whipping cream. Milk has sugar and as Ive read so many times.

SUGAR IZ BAD!!!!!!!!!

From what Ive seen a protein shake is a good subsitute for a meal if ya cant get one. Just remember to get 15g of fat in there too. The popular choices Ive seen are heavy whipping cream or Sugar Free Natural Peanut butter.

I'll wait for someone who knows tons more than I to tell me if I got this right.

What are you goals, cutting or bulking? There is nothing wrong with milk, depending on your goals at the time and if it fits into your caloric intake or not. Also, the carbs/sugar in milk can be helpful to a person with an extremly active job like landscaping, not to metion putting training in the picture.

If I am in a pinch I'll take two scoops of protein with water, an apple and a small back of sodium free peanuts as my fat source.
