Every once in a while when I am cutting (especially if I am low carbing it) and I ned something sweet I'll drink a diet soda. It has never negativly impacted my progress.

sugar, sugar, sugar...thats a bad word around here. I think I read in someones journal (J'Bo maybe) that she could drink grape juice right before a competition, but not in regular diet...I think I have that right

I like Diet Dr. Peppers, but Jodi won't let have them...occasionally I go a little nuts and I sneak one *shhhhh don't tell Jodi* otherwise I will occasionally drink a diet Rite (just plain empty...no calories, no caffiene, no aspartame). Other than that I drink water...water...water. Oh and some coffee in the AM.

I must be crazy or something but I only need water anyway. It could be cause Im young so I dont really need anything to wake me up in the morning and I used to chug soda till I got sick of it and started drinking water. The scary part is I love water though after I while it gets boring, but now I will have protien shakes in between each day so I got something else for the taste buds.

Because I'm not on an Atkins Diet nor would I ever do one. I'm a BB not a dieter! - Jodi
