    Seafood

    Whats the best seafood to eat on a cut? Are there good fish and bad fish?

    Besides tuna of course..

    (I felt bad eating 3 little shrimp last night).

    I don't think there is BAD seafood. Some are better than others but BAD, unless its fried or baked with bread crumbs then Its All Good! Just look it up and stay with in your caloric restriction. I think Salmon is the highest in fat but its very healthy for you. I don't care for Salmon though.

    Why do you feel bad about 3 shrimp. Good source of Protein and yummy too.

    OMG I sooooo love Calamari

    BTW - Chowda is made with heavy cream same with Lobster Bisque. Too bad its too MUCH heavy cream.

    How bout a Swordfish Steak or Mako Shark Steak OMG I am drooling - 45 mins. to Protein.

    You can't use Drew's for a marinade, only a dressing.

    Lemon Pepper seasoning, garlic and theres tons of seasonings you can use on seafood.
