that's a lot of protein drinks, and not very much real food.
Hey guys,
I'm starting a cutting diet after the horrible winter. I'll give you a brief background before I list my diet. Last sping/summer I was on a bulking diet which worked really well and I had very good mass gains. Well, winter came around, and being a full time psychology major and having a full time job made things hard and i ended up getting off my diet, then not even working out. Needless to say, I lost my form and put on some weight over the winter eating bad and sitting in class and in my office. I'm determined to get back into me 4 days per week workouts with proper dieting. I am 21 weigh 185 and aprox 5'11"
