I don't worry about the calories in my veggies. Once you cancel out the cals from fiber your not left with much to make it worth the hassle.JMHO!
I know we don't count the carbs in veggies but do we count the calories as well? For example I had turkey, flax oil and a pepper for lunch...that is a "no carb" meal but do I include the 30 or so calories in the pepper in my total?![]()

Many of us differ on this...you'll have to decide. I believe that all foods contain calories so I include the carbs and cals in my counts.
There is no wrong or right...I guess you can do whichever you like!
Searching for the right balance...
I count veggies only because of the fiber which I like to keep track of. So the carbs get counted too. I'm with ff, no right or wrong on that one.
