    Please critique this Meal Plan for 6/9

    OK, wife's out of town, need to really structure my diet or all hell will break loose.

    Quick facts....6-4, 300 lbs even, b/f% about 30%...shooting for 275 lbs.

    Meal 1:
    1/4 cut Irish Oatmeal
    1 large grapefruit
    1 whole egg
    5 egg whites

    Cals 415, 7 Fat, 56 carb, 29 protein (15%, 54%, 28%)

    Meal 2:
    low carb lean body
    3/4 tablespoon flax oil
    cals 320, 12 fat, 12 carb, 43 protein (34%, 15%, 53%)

    Meal 3:
    1/4 cup extra lean ground beef
    1 cup spinach
    1 serving ff cheese
    2 egg whits

    cals 354, 18 f, 4 c, 41 p (46%, 5%, 46%0
    (OK, bought extra lean beef and rinsed it, have trouble believing that much fat, but I change it not)

    Meal 4:
    low carb lean body
    1/2 tablespoon flax oils

    cals 290, 9 f, 12c, 42 p (28%, 17%, 58%)

    Meal 5:
    1 pink salmon pounch
    1 ff cheese
    1 cup brocolli

    cals 260, 7f, 6 c, 42 p (24%, 9%, 65%)

    Meal 6:
    Infusion protein shake
    .5 tablespoon flax

    cals 380, 19 f, 11 c, 47 p (45%, 12%, 49%)

    Total
    cals 2019
    fat 72 g (32%)
    carb 101 (20%)
    protein 243 (48%)

    hmm, doesn't look to bad at all

    For someone your size I would normally say that the cals look low but I know that you have been dieting for awhile and have come a long way....keep up the good work.

    Thanks, P-Funk...yeah, I don't think I should keep my cals that low for long, but I think it is time to shoot for 2000-2250 for a week or so.
