Would anyone ever suggest *slowing* your metabolism?

My metabolism seems to be on overload...

I'm eating roughly every 3 hours... BIG meals at that, yet i find at times that i get ferocious hunger pangs and im not adding any weight.

This coming from someone who at one point was 300lbs+ and could just look at a cookie and gain weight.

Im supposedly on a bulk, although as you can guess it hasnt been that effective.

It's annoying... yet amusingly ironic at the same time. A couple years ago, i never would have imagined myself looking for advice on how to add weight.

    No seriously...

Like today i woke up, and had 4 pieces of bread, ~8 tbsp's PB, 40g whey.

3 hours later, i had 40g whey, a cup of oats, a banana

    45 mins later i had a detour

3 hours later i had a HUGE grinder... ~12 ounces chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, mayo, peppers, zuchini, onions, all on a thick piece of pita bread

    2.5 hours later another detour

2.5 hours later i had about 2 cups of ziti, meatsauce, 2 sausages, half a loaf of white bread, and a pad of butter

i think im missing something... and im prolly gonna eat again before i go to bed (so that'll make 7 meals today)

it's not clean at all, either.

yesterday, for example, i had a double-decker cheeseburger and fries about 45 mins before i went to bed.

let me tell you though, ive got plenty of energy in the gym

Monolith, Even though you are currently not gaining weight doesn't mean your not gonna. Especially on that diet. Talk about crap, you know better than that. You may want to consider changing your bulk and adding in some slow burning carbs and getting rid of some of the shit your eating. JMO!
