Hey Walken, long time no see - nice page!
Hey, I just modified my web page to reflect my new low-carb lifestyle. Before, I followed the high carb, ultra low-fat diet that all the so called "experts" said was so good for us. I wanted a change so I tried a low-carb diet....I didn't need to lose weight, I just wanted to feel better. Well, they really work!! I've never felt better. I need to update the photos 'cause I'm more ripped now. Anyway, it has a link to a great carb counter I made. Check it out:
