
I am 23 year old woman, 5'3, and weigh approximately 130lbs. My goal is to lose at least 5 pounds and I don't know if I am going in the right direction as far as diet and exercise. I do weight training and cardio around 3 times a week. My main problem is my abs. I can't seem to tone them down . My diet could be better but I'm not sure how to find the right diet and exercise program that's right for me. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanx![]()
