Ok, I haven't been around in a while, so if this is a bit repetative, I apologize....but here is a link concerning your beloved Detour Bars.

haha yessssssssssss, BUT, I have seen similar reports from other sources, but I couldn't find them..AND the nutrion store guy up the street had his own test results taht he had done. so, who knows..but I'm staying away from them whenever I'm on a cut or something...

1fast400 did their own evaluation too. Check it out. Its really not that bad but on a cut - No way!!

I think all bars should be avoided on a cut. No if an or butts.

Donuts are ok though
