Most Accurate Body Weight Scale?
Does anyone know of a very accurate body weight scale? My mother has a Health-o-meter scale (this one I believe - http://www.healthometer.com/HDM820DQ...start=21&sz=12), which looks very nice, although I feel it's not too accurate.
I used it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach, no clothes on...
First weight in: 158.4
Second weight in: 158.0
Third weight in: 160.2
It may seem trivial the differences, but when maintaining/cutting your last few lbs, a few lb difference is pretty significant. I shoot for a 0.75-1lb gain/loss when I do my programs, and would like to actually see it on the scale dialed in. The scale seems to hold memory for 10-15 min and then spit out a completely different number than before. I usually take the average and call it a day, but I'd love to know if any accurate digital scales exist. Is it just not possible for it to be right?
If possible, does anyone know of any available at Bed Bath and Beyond? I have a GC there
