not sure, this is the plan that was put up by w8lifter in one of her threads for bulking. i really had no idea where to start so was using that as a basis. i really have no idea about this stuff, or how to figure out how much i should be eating.
This is a good clean bulk but you only want to stick with the carb-up on training days and on non-training days have protein and fat for that last meal. I would go to www.fitday.com enter everthing and see what you come up with. Then post it here. To bulk you want to start at about 200 cals above maintenance to find where you start putting on weight without putting on too much fat. Then you can increase from there if necessary. But start out with a little extra and work your way up til you find what works for you!![]()
