Is there a "quick reference guide?"

I'm looking for a concise, definitive reference guide for diet and nutrition tips. A do's and don't kind of thing. Does one exist? Am I the only one who would find it helpful?

Is it something that would be too difficult to compile because of too many variables?

    Thanks

There is too much IMO to have a quick reference guide. Besides everbody is different and what works for someone may not work for the next person. There really are no does and dont's its a matter of finding what works for.

Then there's the case of one option is better than another, for instance one I just posted on: Whole Grain bread is better for you than white bread, but, if someone is cutting then they shouldn't be eating any bread, but then again some people can get away with it. Before I ramble, do you see what I mean.

Then you have the case of bulking, cutting, maintaining or general nutrition. Too much
