    carbs during and after workout?

i am currently trying to cut and and have felt a little lack on energy in the last few sets of my workouts. I usually drink about 50 grams of high GI carbs right about my workout.... i was wondering if i can split the 50 carbs into 2 equal servings. where i would take one serving during my workout for a boost of energy and the other 25 grams after my work out.... Would this be a bad idea??

    Thank You

What are you eating before you workout...I would consider manipulating that first....I'm not a fan of the high GI drinks during strength workouts. With the proper nutrition pre-workout it's totally unnecessary IMO.
