Yes it will work. Some find they dont reach ketosis untill 20 grams and under some 50. Have a refeed every 7-10 days. 10 if you can handle. Dont eat a bunch of crap on refeeds, stick to oats, rice, sweet potatoes, cous cous, quinoa, veggies ect... maybe make one meal a cheat meal depending how you respond.
