so i was reaching my goal of getting my nice 6 pack, when my wedding came along and went on my honeymoon. food and alcohol, i gained 12 pounds ,most likely of fat since i didnt train.
noow that im back home, im starting my bulk,maybe for 3 months or a bit more. b4 my my trip i was at 2000 cals per day . 1st week of bulk i started with 2250 cals per day, 35% protein,50% carbs, 15% fat.
should i increase my cals by 250 every week or 2 weeks?
my last meal ,should it include carbs or replace them with protein?
