    Newbie

    Hello,
My name is Mike. I just wanted to introduce myself here on the forum. I usually browse the Men's Health forum, but this forum looks like it contains loads of good info too. Just to let you know I'm 19 years old, 5'10", 170 lbs, and roughly 12-13% body fat.

Now that the into is over............has anyone bought the Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle e-book? Is it worth and what kind of info does it contain? Thanks. Hope to get you to know you all soon.

Hey Mike and welcome. I bought that e-book. If you want in depth info and a whole heck of a lot of it then the I would say the burn the fat book is for you. There may actually be TOO much info here. Well, atleast way too much to all take in at once. There's chapters like goal setting, body composition, metabolism stuff, calorie balance, secrets of meal frequency & timing, macronutrient ratios, good fat & bad fat info, protein chapter, carb-like chapter, supplements and so on. Every chapter explains what to do, why and how it works. You really will be an expert after you've given this a few reads. It also has best and worst foods list and food letter labeling (A food, B foods, C foods etc.)

I am happy that I got it but that's just me. If you do decide you want it and it's for you, please do me a favor and use my affiliate link [EDIT: IM IS AN AFFILIATE AS WELL]

You can also do the affiliate thing if you get it. It's pretty cool you get 50% commision so almost $18 for every afffiliate.

Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

No, it's only in e-book form...it's a PDF document so you can print it out and it looks quite nice.
