I've found that having a diet with moderate fat and high fiber have helped.
I haven't binged in over a year and I use to have those weekly binges except I would eat alot more than you did tonight! I would go to a 24 hour Mobile and buy a few pints of Ben and Jerry's, cookies, chips, bagels you name it and I would buy it and eat it. Oh, Pizza, 24 hour delivery or subs or calzone or anything. Or go to the local 24 hour breakfast place and eat pancakes and waffles. As you can see I love all the bad carbs![]()
