Well, I have tried various supplements.. Hydroxycut, Xenadryne, etc.. I have tried of course to eat only salad and soup... Basically, I guess the typical "dont eat that much" diet...

Currently, I eat an English muffin with one tblsp. of peanut butter and a banana for breakfast.

For lunch, I eat a subway sandwich..

And for dinner I usually have a chicken salad with 1 egg, lettuce, half a tomato, a cucumber, baco's and ranch dressing...

I know I need alot of help, but I am willing to listen and learn if you are willing to help... I read the articles that you told me to read and they made sense. But, how do I incorporate these into my life??????????

If you're looking for a specific diet I suggest you look thru the Journals, check out Jodi and J'Bo's journals. That would be a good place to start.
