    eating in college

    Are any of you out there in college?If so, can you tell me how you manage 6-8 meals a day cause I'm starting in the fall and i gotta figure out which meal plan to get? peace\\- Justin

    no, but I work 9 hours per day.

    7am Meal 1: at home
    10am Meal 2: protein bar at work
    1pm Meal 3: lunch at work
    4pm Meal 4: protein shake at work
    7pm Meal 5: at home
    10pm Meal 6: at home

    that's how I do it, it's not hard.

    yeah im in college an i eat my 6meals a day.
    8am-home
    12- school during a class break P. bar
    3- pre workout home
    7- home post
    10- home
    this has worked out for me, of course some days will vary.

    Hi there .....I am studying right now too....Heres how I eat most days...

    6:30AM Breakfast at home
    9:30am -10:AM Meal 2 at school (usually a tuna sandwich)
    1:00-2:00 PM Lunch at home (Chicken, beef, fish, potatoes, rice...)
    4:00-5:00 PM Meal 4 at school (another tuna sandwich)
    7:00-8:00 PM dinner at home (chicken or fish with salad)
    10:30-11:00 PM (before bed) Last meal at home (usually cooked egg whites with 16Oz skim milk)

    And of course my post workout meal inmediately after working out
