the amount of calories that you should consume in a cut is all dependent upon how effecient your metabolism is. There is no basic general number of calories that you can just pull off the internet becuase it is personal to you. I know guys that are 170lbs and start cutting at 2000-2100cals and lower it from there. I am 170lbs and I start my cuts at around 2500cals. So are you can see there is a large difference between the two caloric set points. How many cals are you eating right now? Are you gaining or losing weight at that amount?
Looking at the macronutrient breakdown of this diet it doesn;t look to bad. I always like to have my carbs lower when I cut becuase it keeps me from holding water so I can see my cuts and veins better. But caloric defecit does equal weight loss and as far as macros go, again everyone is different. Also the types of carbs/foods that you are consuming may make a difference, especially when you sart to dip down under 10%. Please post your diet.
