as far as i know skim is better than 1% and 1% is better than 2%
2% is creamier (more fattening)
that's just what i've been told...
i personally think 2% is tastier but i can deal with 1%
skim is a little too watered down for me though
At the moment I am drinking 1% pastuerized milk.
I did a search and found nothing comparing the two.
In fact I found a lot of confusing, contradicitive data.
So in simple terms, which is better?
