    when to take multivitamins

    i take a multi-vitamin supplement tablet in the morning with breakfast, but ive been told i should take it after ive been to gym.
    does it matter?

    I always take them in the morning. As long as your consistent on when your taking them I don't think it matters.

    It is best to take in the mornings. But as long as you are taking it is doesn't matter all that much. I recommend you take a multi + calc + B complex , if you are training hard. Be sure to drink plenty of water. I will put a liquid vitamin mix in my post work out MRP.

    You want to take it with some food in your stomach, I take one with breakfast and one in my last meal of the day, the reason they are split in 2 is that there are many water soluable vitamins that leave your system in a few hours so therefore you should take them in smaller divided doses.

    I would split it in two and take it twice, once in the am and the other time 12 hours later. It doesn't matter if it's time-released or not, if it's past a certain point in the digestive tract you are just going to crap it out anyway which is why taking it twice is better.
    If sense were common, everyone would have it.

    Either with meal one or after your workout or both. But be consistant just like Jodi said with an "I" thumb: and not a "Y"
