Just some observations, from someone who has had trouble gaining weight in the past and is probably about the same body type (although 20 pounds heavier with lower BF)
Three of your meals are coming from shakes, which is not great...however you are also eating six meals in the space of 12-13 hours, which is almost too close together. Is there something stopping you from eating first thing in the morning? Or are you on a different cycle in terms of awake time than the rest of us?
Your mini pizzas and burritos are probably not the best choices...check out the threads under bulking diets if you want to have some good eating plans. I found I cannot gain unless I eat at least 3500 cals per day due to my metabolism, however you may not be as difficult.
