    God Damnit

Been eating extremely clean for 3 weeks now, and just had a bowl of Fruit Loops for some reason. Now I feel like an ass.

    That is all.

LoL, one cheat is not so bad, but I know how you feel. I have been eating pretty clean (minus the milk) for about 15 days now, I am getting used to it, I have beaten the cravings for the most part.

    So here's a question for you guys/gals.

On your cheat days, exactly how much DO you cheat?

I could eat a few K cals of junk food if I was let loose...

Funny enough Trump - I don't feel like “cheating” anymore - total mind transformation as well as body after losing 54 lbs of fat. There just is not that much I really care for anymore - feel too crappy on Monday morning in the gym if I cheat on Sat or Sun and its just "not fun" anymore.

Example: I ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings for first time in 6 months last Sunday night with my wife (as an appetizer no less ). Also had a descent pasta side with a Chicken Pecata plate and a glass of Chianti. I tried eating like in the days of yore where I could have downed the whole pizza and the main but I could only have like 2 slices of the pizza, 1 bite of pasta, and I ate all the chicken (protein). Even had a hard time finishing the glass of Chianti (but it was a huge pour). Monday morning gym time, I am all bloated from the meal, and sleepy (after getting up like 3 times in middle of the night to pee from all the water retention from the salt). My strength was off 25 lbs on my normal bench rep weights. It’s just not worth it to me anymore. Only do occasional popcorn if we go to movies (rare these days due to terrible movie choices) and maybe 1 time in 6 weeks go out for Mexican chips/salsa and margaritas.

Yeah I like my routine of tuna and boring chicken breast and potatoes. haha, but no honestly, I am used to it and like it now. When I do cheat, like having a big mexican dinner last week then on the following night having a brownie bowl thing from Uno's Grill, I feel like shit afterwards. I just dn't care for it anymore I guess...

I had those fruit loops and some chocolate chip cookies/mini chocolate donuts yesterday.

My body is punishing me for it today, I feel like crap and bloated. Went out to do sprints and all I have is gas

yeah, after I eat shitty on my cheat days, whenever I actually have them, the next morning is a struggle for me to eat my usual 1st meal. I just dont' feel like eating anything...

Maybe I'll turn to drinking alcholol on cheat days instead of eating like shit. I only do shots, so it wouldn't be THAT bad..not like drinking 8 beers! I'd just have 5-6 shots of tequilla!

Thats about the only thing I do freeman - is a few low carb beers. Freeman, I found an outstanding low carb beer that actually taste very good too. It's called Carolina Light - you need to try this stuff or get your hands on it - wonderful fresh brew pub flavor and low cal low carb (somethihg like 70 cals and 2 carbs or less). Here is the link - but its hard to find unless you know somone or can get somone to ship it to you. http://www.carolinablonde.com/

Realistically I view that as a blessing in discuise, some if it will give you a temporarily crappy feeling for awhile after not only being full if you stuffed yourself, but the crazy insulin spike.
