Raw Eggs

Ok, I don't know if this is just a myth but can you or can't you get samanilla from raw eggs. I have always held off on eating them raw because of this. But I can't think of one case that I have ever heard of because of eating raw eggs.

raw eggs don't hold protein as well as cooked eggs to and body can not break it down. if you go that route "Just egg whites" goes down nicely

So thats what i heard !! So what you are saying if I have 25 grams whey isolate and 25 grams egg whites then I can mix htem in a shake and get better absorption then eating them cooked. But does't that mean that faster the absoprtion would be and easier they burn through your system ? So when on a low carb diet post workout be best to have raw raw eggs and whey protein together for quicker absorption ?

yes, and for post workout that's what we want

So when on a low carb diet post workout be best to have raw raw eggs and whey protein together for quicker absorption ?

yes again, the amino acid profiles from the 2 sources of protein will complement each other. the combination will also slow the digestion slightly so hyperacideminia would not be a much of a concern

Also for post work add 10 -15 grams of glutmeine to help in glycogen replenishment as well on a under 75 gram daily day diet with 90--110 grams Fat?

Now what I was thinking would it be better to have all whey protein with BCAAs, gltumeine post workout or better to have the combination of egg/whey ?

after the post workout drink wait an hour then have a protein/fat meal or would you add the Flax into your post out meal and eat 2- 3 hours later your psot workout meal.

Point i'm geting at is it better for leaning and maintaing leave body mass

a. to flood your muscle with whey protein, bcaas with gltuemine wait an hour or

b egg/whey, bcaas with glutemine and eat an hour later or even 2-3 hours later

c. to have egg/whey, bcaas, l glutemine, flax, and then eat 2-3 hours

thanks

So then would you include the yolks as well, or just go for a egg white and whey shake post workout? I am just concerend about the amount of fat from the yolks once you have enough egg protien.

Supposedly one in 300,000 eggs contains salmanilla.

However, large consumption of eggs can cause problems in people, give this a read:

Egg yolk I believe is 5g fat(?), I throw one whole raw egg in my shakes sometimes. You dont want a ton of those yolks but it has "rare forms of aminos," which ones I dont know.
