    yummy! yummy! yummy!

my mom makes this AWESOME dish... it's a mixture of asparagus, green and yellow zuchinni, purple onions, mushrooms, yellow peppers mixed in roasted red pepper & garlic salad dressing... she does it on the bbq but i'm sure it could be done in a frying pan as well... but yeah... it's EXCELLENT... and that's coming from somebody who's not a big fan of veggies!

Yup, I too have rediscovered veggies. Great way to get in a lot of volume to fill you up and pick up a few extra micronutrients and then make the gut work hard and spend a lot of calories trying to find the few calories actually hiding among the non digestable fibers. Just watch out for the gas...

i like to take a piece of garlic, chop it into small pieces then fry it in a frying pan on low heat with a tad bit of olive oil and then mixing it with steamed broccoli or spinach. gives it a crunchy texture to it.
