what numbers do you times your weight by to get maintanence, gaining and leaning?

15 x bw = maintanence
12 x bw = cutting
18 x bw = gaining
these are just estimates, everyone is different. You need to find out the right amount of calories for your body. Try eating a certain amount of calories everyday for a week (say 2000 cals per day). If at the end of the week you have not gained weight the raise the cals up for the next week (say 2250 cals per day). Keep going until you gain a pound then you will know what to do from there.
