Holy SHit that stuff's got 43G of sugar. I hope your not asking me if its ok to eat. If your cutting don't even think about asking me cuz if you don't know the answer then you need to READ!

I think yogurt is ok for post-workout while on a bulking cycle.

Not doing a hardcore cut... I am at 12% BF and want to get around 8-9%.
This was some stuff my mom bought, but I am asking what some good brands are that are healthier.
