bulkin problem..

    Thumbs up bulkin problem..

    is it good to eat at night before you go to bed (around 1 or 2 hours.) and my other question is how much fat,carb and protein i should eat in a day??i'm plannin to gain muslce.... i'm 150lb, i work out 3-4 times a week usually 2 hours a day...

    have a low carb protein shake before bed..as far as the bulkin just eat like hell it's no use trying to keep count my advice is eat every 1.5-2 hours I guarantee u will gain

    General caloric intake:

    bw x 15=maintenance
    bw x 12=start cutting
    bw x 18=bulking

    Just go by that and if nothing is happeneing adjust your cals in one direction or the other as needed.

    I like cottage cheese right before bedtime.

    Working out 2 hrs a day sounds like overtraining to me. Your cortisoll levels are probably through the roof by then and you are probabably going catabolic. Also if you are bulking working out that ling is counter productive because you are burning so many calories. You really should work out leed than that so you are making sure that you are taking in more cals than you are burning.
