There are like 100000000000 brands and types of flax oil, which one does each person take in here ?
any experience with different ones ?
Personally I buy Spectrum Flax Oil and thats just because its the most wide available and cheapest at the natural food store. Just make sure its cold pressed and that you keep it refridgerated.
As far as Fish Oil this is what I buy, 1G Fat each
1000 mg Fish Oil.
EPA 180 mg
DHA 120 mg

i read through multiple threads/posts and it seems that hemp oil is better than flax but also more expensive
is the money worth it, or are they about the same ? whats the main difference ?
Fish oil is better than Flax or Hemp. Hemp tastes nasty and I don't think its better than Flax but the same. Fish Oil is the way to go.

Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
Just to add, my employer does routine drug testing. They put out a pamphlet that states that using hemp oil MAY cause false positives. (read: YOUR ASS IS FIRED).
Just throwing that out for anyone that may want to heed it. No idea if it's based in fact, but I'm not willing to lose my job over it either.
