    Horse meat?

Do you guys have Horse meat?
Because I heard that it was very lean.

I tried it and it's really good, but it's very dry.

I was wondering if it really worth to pay the extra money compare to Beef?

    who the hell eats horses?
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

Ostrich is 99% fat free and tastes much better than 90% lean ground beef, IMO

Animal protein I suspect is all of similar bilogical quality. If you like horse meat and it's cheep and its not shot full of hormones and antibiotics then go for it. I personally don't think I would care for the taste. You might look into Maveric Beef - which is extremely lean (96%) and not all that expensive. I buy it in ground form and cook it in a stir fry kind of veggie and fiber mix. It's wonderful stuff and fresh locally.
