you gotta count the calories for the olive oil that you put in the pan..
I usually use cooking spray; but I barley fry anything

I grill, steam and boil my food

yup I second that...pick up a george forman grill or similar and go nuts grilling! Tastes alot better than frying-pan and you don't have to worry about all the grease and fat sizzling around in the pan with your food.

It doesn't matter if you're sprinting for an Olympic medal, a town sign, a trailhead, or the rest stop with the homemade brownies. If you never confront pain, you're missing the essence of the sport. Without pain, there's no adversity. Without adversity, no challenge. Without challenge, no improvement. No improvement, no sense of accomplishment and no deep-down joy. but did you know when you grill you going to lose some of the fat in the meat? and you probably don't want that if you'r counting you'r fat and calorie intake

You can also brush a frying pan with a little olive oil and it tastes better than steamed or boiled. I do it everyday. I can't stand boiled food

I let the husband loose in walmart unchaperoned and he bought a new skillet, a good one for a change, and nothing seems to be sticking, omelettes come right out with no help from spray and actually look good. Other than that we grill or smoke everything else, and I usually spray the grates with a little olive oil rub and nothing sticks, it keeps the house from heating up and cuts down on clean up.
