    Pork in you diet.

I was looking at pork nutritional value.

This is for 100gr of Pork:
    ---------------------------------Calorie, Protein, Fat
    Pork Tenderloin, roasted--162-------30------3.6
    Pork Tenderloin, broiled----185------33------4.7
    Leg, Inside round, roasted 161-----29-------4.1
    Ham steak, unheated ------122 -----20------4.3

And I was wondering if you guys are having Pork in your diet, since the part mention above are not that fat?

Is it any good on cut or bulk?
