    Tuna Salad???

    I am bringing a couple of packets of Albacore Tuna to work everyday and I have been eating it plain, or with a little mustard.....After about a week I need to add something else.....
    What do you guys add to your tuna? Low Fat Mayo....No Fat Mayo........Four scoops of Miracle Whip?????? ;-)

    I mix tuna with celery, red onion, and mayo sometimes. You can also do that with canned chicken.

    I use Miracle Whip (they have fat free), 4 scoops is??? Sounds kind of like alot unless thats teaspoon.

    Any kind of veggie you can throw in there virtually. I use onions and black pepper, you can use olives, celery, bell peppers, the list is nearly endless and it makes it much more edible.

    I top my green salad with the tuna and add in oil and vinegar (well only vinegar right now because of the comp

    This tastes great though and your not stuck eating dry tuna

    Sweet.....I never thought of the veggie thing.....Thanx for the tips.... I was just kidding about the 4 scoops of Miracle Whip....
    I meant 4 cups.

    And the tree sap thing takes way too long......

    Well...gotta go to work....Just finished shoulders this morning...and it hurts to type....I think I'll finish off the workout with a nice oatmeal....I read some posts last night around midnight and just had to go get some......

    This, but add a little bit of your mustard, garlic powder and a lot of black pepper, and any onion will do.. (And maybe saltless salt or whatever..) it is soooooooooooo good.

    as far as i know mayo is something like 96% fat

    if there is a fat free mayo out there, i doubt it's even mayo :P

    Depending on your fat for that meal ...........I add flax or safflower mayo to mine. What I like flax

    I think I'd rather drink Liptogen mixed in Flax Oil than put Miracle Whip on ANYTHING. That stuff is nasty...it is not Mayo...one day, when I am dictator, I'm banning the stuff....
