    help with bulking

i started bulking over a month ago, statred with 2000 cals per day, raising by 250 cals every 2 weeks. now im at 3000 cals per day. i started a new job in a distribution center 2 weeks ago, and i do a lot of walking, i feel like im doing "cardio"for 8 hours. although my gains from training are there, will i stop growing from doing "cardio"?

Eat log GI carbs such as brown rice and oatmeal troughout the day, they wont really effect you in fat gains, but will help you not burn your nutrients while you do your so called cardio.

I often think about this. As a personal trainer I am always on my feet, all day. Not only am I on my feet but I am constently lifting weights, moving weights and not to mention getting through my own workout. I will often just eat a few extra calories (mostley in the form of carbs) in order to deal with this (by extra I mean a couple hundred more. When cutting I don't worry about it though, I just go with what I have in my planned diet). If you are feling tired through out the day or need something else then eat. After all you are bulking anyway.

i can never be too sure how many calories i lost due to work, therefore my only worry would be is eating too many "extra calories"
