You sweat it out, you need to replace it. Water, sweat, and urination are all parts of the bodies natural filtration system, even tears are as well. Small tidbit, when they are tears of emotion they are of a different makeup than tears of irritation, again part of the filtration system getting rid of 'toxins' in the body.
