    water

    i know water is good, we need to drink plenty of it for numerous reasons. my questions is, on days that sweat more, coz its warmer or more physical activities, dowe need to drink even more water?

    Yes.

    You might try to consume more salt as well.

    You sweat it out, you need to replace it. Water, sweat, and urination are all parts of the bodies natural filtration system, even tears are as well. Small tidbit, when they are tears of emotion they are of a different makeup than tears of irritation, again part of the filtration system getting rid of 'toxins' in the body.

    .66 x bodyweight in pounds = ounces to consume daily, is the "rule" I have heard. So for me

    .66 x 230 = 151 ounces which is a tad over a gallon, which is 128oz.
