disgustingly skinny and fat at the same time! NEED HELP!

    hey guys,
i have a problem. i'm 22 years old and havent worked out since i was about 18-19 yrs old. i am not a bodybuilder or anything but used to work out and was in shape. when i started goin to college i had no time because i was either working or doin homework. now i have more time since i am goin to take a break from work and live with my parents for awhile. since the time i used to be in shape my arms and legs shriveled up into sticks and i grew big fatty man boobs, a nasty beer belly and a buldging double chin. i'm 5'10 and 150 lbs and almost all of the weight is in my gut and boobs. i originally posted this is the training section but they told me that i would get more help in the diet section. is there certain things i can eat or avoid to get my arms and legs bigger while getting my gut and chest smaller. any advice would greatly be appreciated.
    thanks.

Lowering body fat while increasing muscle is tough but not impossible.Ya gotta exercise my man especially weight training and some cardio work. But most important is diet.Keep it lean and mean,I mean lots of vegetables and lean proteins at least 1 gram per lb. of body weight per day.Cut the diary products, high fats and junk foods.Fruit good but not too much.Beer? I'm sure you know the answer. As far as muscle is concerned-use it or lose it.Take it easy on soy products, they raise estrogen levels which can cause breats to grow.Take it a day at a time and work with it.I Wish you Luck.
