alright, i'm not sure if this stuff is only available in canada but it's basically a milk substitute and i was just wondering if it'd be alright for me to drink if i'm trying to lower my body fat (i'd be drinking less than 2 cups of it a day as i'd only be using it to mix with my protein powder)
2 cups is about 16 oz i believe and i only need 12 oz to mix my protein powder with
here's the nutrition info for 1 cup (250 mL)
102 cal
8.5 g protein
16 g carb
5 g sugar
it's advantages are:
very high in calcium (read somewhere that recent studies are revealing that there may be a correlation between high calcium diets and weight loss?)
fat free
contains 14 essential nutrients
lactose free
cholesterol free
so if i'm only drinking water, would less than 2 cups of this stuff a day be alright to drink with my protein powder if i'm trying to lower my body fat?
thanks

sweet
i haven't tried mixing my protein powder with water yet, but something tells me it probably wouldn't taste so great
considering how expensive the stuff is, it'd be much nicer to actually be able to ENJOY my protein powder rather than just strictly using it for the protein
