Do you just buy that in a store? Looks good nutritionally. I have made this before, but I use plain yogurt which has some sugar in it. Good stuff.
I've tried putting Tzatziki Sauce on my yams and found it was really good that way. I was wondering if its alright to eat a little Tzatziki Sauce like that. Here is the Nutrional breakdown of what I have:
Calories- 25
Fat- 2.5g
Sat Fat- 1.5g
Cholesterol- 5mg
Sodium- 80mg
Carb- 1g
Sugars- 0g
What do you think?

I make it myself, though my recipe is actually the Turkish version of tzaziki, called cacik (jah-jik).
In a food processor, dice a couple small pieces of garlic, a cup of fresh mint and half a cup of fresh Italian parsley. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon, add salt and pepper, then blend in a large tub of fat-free plain yogurt. Goes perfectly with kebabs and roasted veggies, and tastes best after two days in the fridge....

Acarvin- you live right next to me man. What gym do you workout at?
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...
Most food has sugar. Just have to choose the right foods so you wont go overboard.

Yeah, once I tried eating food without sugar I was overwhelmed with everything that did have sugar. I never looked to see sugar, just fat and carbs. I used to do slim-fast when I was losing weight- 35g of sugar!!! I think I'm doing good eating foods w/out sugar though, just kinda limited.
