Cutting, need ideas for food and meals, and supps.

Well, I'm going on a cut in the next couple weeks (Waiting to get food and supps, then I can start a journal to keep track) but I need some help on what best to get and how to base it around my day and cook. So far I know to get chicken breasts, lean ground beef/steak (How do you tell how lean it is?), carrots, mushrooms, red peppers, picante salsa, grapefruit, green tea. Supplement wise, I was going to get another bottle of GNC Mega Men Time Realeased Multis, and a 5 lbs tub of Optimum Whey Powder. Just wondering what else would be best get, supps wise, I'm on a bit of a tight budget, food is really not to big of a deal, nothing horribly expensive though. Any help would be great, only thing is, I can have limited amounts of milk products and eggs (Allergies). Thank you very much!

OMG it is soooo good. It is better than any filet mignon you've ever had.
