    Who's read The Anabolic Solution for Bodybuilders?

    Anyone?

    # Metabolic shift for the first week.
    # Mid-week carb up
    # 100g carbs around workouts
    # 100-200g daily

    That's all I know about it so far..

    this is what i follow for cutting and works very well, i train in the morning so it works very well

    i take 50-60 grams carbs/protein before low fat about 2 hours prior

    before workout I take 10 grams BCAAS

    asn then I repeat meal 1 for post workout

    then it protein/moderate fat and veggies rest of the day

    m,th i hit a carb up meal before bed to keep fat burining process going

    read chris acetos book "championship bodybuilding" one of the best books out there !!

    can you give a brief run down on the chris aceto book you mentioned (in terms of what his basic approach to nutrition is)

    i know that he's very respected but can't seem to find out what his ideas are. i've been wanting to check out the book but before i spend the money i was hoping to find a bit more info on it and i haven't had much luck. thanks!
