    Anyone?

    # Metabolic shift for the first week.
    # Mid-week carb up

    # 100-200g daily

That's all I know about it so far..

this is what i follow for cutting and works very well, i train in the morning so it works very well

i take 50-60 grams carbs/protein before low fat about 2 hours prior

before workout I take 10 grams BCAAS

asn then I repeat meal 1 for post workout

then it protein/moderate fat and veggies rest of the day

m,th i hit a carb up meal before bed to keep fat burining process going

hardasnails - you're looking GREAT by the way!

can you give a brief run down on the chris aceto book you mentioned (in terms of what his basic approach to nutrition is)

i know that he's very respected but can't seem to find out what his ideas are. i've been wanting to check out the book but before i spend the money i was hoping to find a bit more info on it and i haven't had much luck. thanks!
