Can anyone tell me the serving size and macros for yams and brown rice. I usually eat 1 cup of rice and the yam I'm about to eat is 10oz. Is that too much for trying to lose my stomach right now? What is the average serving size for those carbs. Veggies and protein are included in the meal.

Thanks Sara, I've been meaning to go there. I'll try to find the time today.
When I try to put in yams in fitday, it only measures in cup, cubes. I measure oz. How do I transfer?
Type in sweetpotato all one word and you will find a huge selection.
