    carb??

    i eat alot of carb at night before goin to bed is it good???and i'm on a bulkin session

    well it depends generally though eating carbs before bed is a no no. however, i know that eating a small amount can help with the sleep process.

    Your bulking, I wouldn't stress about it but just be careful next time.
