excellent website
Found a website where you can put in all your activities for the day and it will give you the calories you are burning, all the foods you eat (you can customize them also) and a breakdown as to cal/fats/protein/carbs along with %'s, reports, journals and a whole lot of cool stuff and it is free.
It is really helping a newbie like myself to figure out the percentages of what to eat. It is called www.fitday.com and it is free. Check it out. |
