    I would just like to get an idea about what you're diets are so if you can list you're diets I would appreciate it...

    This is my normal diet. I'm putting on weight right now

    7:00 pre-workout: 1 cup oatmeal; 1/2 cup berries; 2 scoops protein; 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

    9:30 post-workout: Shake- 2 scoops protein; 1/2 cup blueberry; 1/2 cup strawberry; 1 banana; 1 cup Gatorade; 1/2 cup LF Milk

    12:30- 8 oz. Yam or sweet potatoe; 6oz chicken strips; 1 cup broccoli

    3:30- 1 can tuna; 1 cup brown rice; 1 cup broccoli

    6:30- 6 oz Chicken or Turkey breast; 1 cup brown rice; 1 cup broccoli

    9:30- 2 scoops Natural PB; 2 scoops Casein Protein w/ 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping cream.
