Hi all, has anyone any comment on Clarence Bass' diets (and training) - see www.cbass.com ? I heard that his diet plan is high carbs low fat low protein, which is about the opposite of low carbs high fat which I think is currently very much popular. Any comment on his works?

Yeah his diet plan is weird but apperantly it works for him.
