is this a decent meal supplement?

2 scoops of protein powder (approx. 40 g protein) w/ 1/4 cup of oats (approx. 20-30 g carb), a decent size heaping of peanut butter (approx. 10 g fat)

i've been having one of these shakes every so often to replace breakfast if i'm in a hurry or too tired to get out of bed early enough to fix up something decent... sometimes i replace a meal during the day with it as well... but i never replace more than one meal per day with this as i like to get most of my nutrients from real foods...

so how does this look? cause it's damn tasty i can tell you that much

Agreed with Jodi. Bump up the oats. Makes a fine replacement.
