    Experienced ketogenic bodybuilder questions

    i hear of this diet that is basically ketogenic but allows a carb-up on weekends, helps retain hard earned musle while aiding in fat burning, sounds great to me and something i can use for a long time, but i have a few questions, id rather answers from well informed and knowledged people please who have had actual results
    right now im 6'4 205 , with 8.5 % body fat, very lean muscle with definiftion and good amount of muscle mass that i dont want to lose

    1. im aiming for 200g of protein n 200 g fat/day, id rather eat 4 meals a day meaning 50/50 x 4 ,, is 50 g protien a little too much for the body too digest at one sitting or is it just right
    2.Does it mattrer how late i can eat , 1,2,3,4 am( id figure since there is no carbs involved wont be too bad)
    3. am i gonna feel tired every week after the carb load depletion reacing ketosis, or will the body adapt
    4. whats a cheap fiber supplement that i can take, i mean cheap with alot of fiber
    5. the place i researched this diet says ill be seeing the gym only 3x a week , one hardcore upper body, 1 hardcore lowerbody and 1 high rep low intensity depletion workout ,, is that enough to keep from losing my muscle mass , ya the body needs rest but the workouts seem pretty lame???
    by the way the reason im not eating carbs is because im very insulin sensitive and my body and especially face tends to bloat after carb meals

    Sounds like CKD? I just have moderate carbs daily, but CKD is cycled I believe.

    200g protein = 800 calories
    200g fat = 1800 calories

    You sure that was the intention?
