    Am i eating enough?

    Hello everyone.

I'm 6'1", 210. i have pretty good size and shape. less than 10% bf. i train very hard, cycling heavy and moderate weights. i'd like to do my 1st bb competition next summer, i just want to put on some more mass first. problem is my metabolism is very fast. i eat so much (high protein, high carb, low fat), yet have a hard time putting on weight. this is what i ate today, and i eat practically the same thing everyday, (not being sarcastic). so this is a typical day of eating....

11am: 3 or 4 jumbo egg whites, 2 slices toast, 2 or 3 cups oatmeal w/raisins (w/1 cup skim milk), 2 cups skim milk to drink and water with 1 tsp creatine, multi vitamin and glucosamine (for my shoulder).

1pm: shake (1 cup skim, banana, 21 grams whey, ice)

3pm: (right when i get home from gym), shake (1 cup skim, banana, 42 grams whey, 1 tsp creatine, ice), glutamine, fish liver oil

5pm: hamburger, 2 slices toast, 4 cups fake mashed potatoes

7pm: 1lb rotini pasta w/a little butter and parm cheese (yes, 1 entire pound!)

9pm: 1 can tuna w/light mayo, 2 slices toast, 1 cup fat free cottage cheese w/fruit

11pm: shake (1 cup skim, banana, 21 grams whey, ice)

theres only 2 things that change. One is the hamburger (some days i'll have steak, chicken, fish etc.). But with the execption of the full pound of pasta, the other meals i eat EVERY SINGLE DAY (eggs w/oatmeal, 2 small shakes, 1 big post workout shake, tuna sand + cottage cheese etc).

Should i add anything? Perhaps PB in my shakes....

    Any suggestions, advice....Thanks....

caloires should be in ranges of 3600 to 4000 caloires becuase your frame has a lot it can fill out.

spread over 6-7 meals breakfast and postworkout biggest ones
protein 1.5 -2.0g times body weight
    carbs 1.0-1.5g times body weight
    fat .35-.50g per lb weight

    Hope this helps
